The LAN light on the DSL modem is off. (Ethernet Only)
A. Is your computer turned on?
B. (ETHERNET ONLY) Make sure that the DSL modem is plugged into the correct port on the back of your computer. Also be sure that you are using the Ethernet Cable.
C. Re-Boot your computer
D. Re-install the network card drivers on your computer.
NOTE: The network card is not supported by AceWeb, this hardware should be supported by your computer manufactuer.
E. Replace the Ethernet Cable
F. If you are using the USB port the LAN light will not come on.
